What is the current Sunnyvale Ca Real Estate market? Let us compare from July 2009 to July 2010 we can see some interesting changes:

1). Home inventory has gone up from last year’s 171 to 178 this year. But the numbers of sold homes has dropped this year to 66 from last year’s 69.

2.) The average Sunnyvale homes sales price is higher this year. This July’s sales price is $806,859 Vs last July`s $784,661. The median sales of July 2010 is $797,000 which has gone up from last July`s $790,000.

3.) Last July took average 41 days to sell a home but it took 54 days this year.

This real estate trend is the same as last month.

In July of 2010 there were 4% more homes for sale, but 4% less Sunnyvale homes were sold. The average Sunnyvale sales price increased 2.7% and the Sunnyvale median price homes have increased 1% from last July to this July.

What is the current Santa Clara Ca Real Estate market? Let us compare from July 2009 to July 2010 we can see some interesting changes:

1). Home inventory has gone up from last year’s 145 to 180 this year but the numbers of sold homes has dropped to this July`s 41 from 56 last July.

2.) The average Santa Clara homes sales price is higher this year. This July’s sale price is $594,031 vs. last July’s $588,735. The median sale price of July 2010 is $550,000 which has decreased from last July’s $557,500.

3.) Last July took average 80 days to sell a home but it took 47 days this year. This real estate trend is the same as last month.

In July of 2010 there were 24% more homes for sale but 27% less Santa Clara homes were sold. The average Santa Clara sales price increased 1% but the Santa Clara median price homes have decreased 1% from last July to this July.

1). Home inventory increased from last year’s 1,984 to 2,641 this year. But the numbers of sold homes has dropped this year to 530 from last year’s 725.

2.) The average San Jose homes sales price is higher this year. This July’s sale price is 579,093 vs. last July’s $553,675. The median sale price of July 2010 is $534,994 which has gone up from last July’s $500,000.

3.) Last July took average 79 days to sell a home but it took 57 days this year.

This real estate trend is the same as last month.

In July of 2010 there were 33% more homes for sale but 27% less San Jose homes were sold. The average San Jose sales price increased 4.6% and also the San Jose median price homes have increased 7% from last July to this July.

1). The home inventory has gone down from last year’s 74 to this year 73 and the numbers of sold homes has gone down too from last year`s 33 to 20 this year.

2.) The average Mountain View homes sales price is lower this year. This July’s sales price is $960,656 vs. last July’s $996,515. The median sales of July 2010 is $925,000 which has gone up from last July’s $895,000.

3.) Last July took average 64 days to sell a home but it took 63 days this year.

This real estate trend is the same as last month. In the July of 2010 there are 1% less home inventory and 39.4% less the Mountain View homes get sold.

The average Mountain View sales price decreased 3.6% but the Mountain View median price homes have increased 3% from last July to this July.

What is the current Real Estate market in Los Altos California? If we compare from July 2009 to July 2010, you will find some interesting changes:

1). The home inventory has gone down from last year’s 99 to this year 79 but the numbers of sold homes has gone up from last year`s 30 to 39 this year.

2.) The average Los Altos home sales price is lower. In July 2010 sales price is $1,628,597 vs last July’s $1,753,822 the median sales of July 2010 is $1,480,000 which has gone down from last July’s $1,539,500.

3.) Last July took average 58 days to sell a home however this year will need 38 days to sell a home.

This real estate trend is the same as last month. In the July of 2010 there are 20% less home inventory but 30% more the Los Altos homes get sold. The average Los Altos sales price decreased 7 % and the Los Altos median price homes has decreased 4% from last July to this July.
