What is the current Real Estate market in Los Altos California? If we compare from June 2009 to June 2010, you will find some interesting changes:

 1). The home inventory has gone down from last year’s 109 to this year 96 and the numbers of sold homes has gone down too from last year`s 40 to 36 this year.

 2.) The average Los Altos home sales price is higher. In June 2010 sales price is $1,675,493 vs last June’s $1,637,200 the median sales of June 2010 is $1,495,000 which has gone up from last June’s $1,483,000.

3.) Last June took average 50 days to sell a home however this year will need 28 days to sell a home.

 This real estate trend is the same as last month. In the June of 2010 there are 12% less home inventory and also 10% less the Los Altos homes get sold. The average Los Altos sales price rose 2 % and the Los Altos median price homes has increased 1% from last June to this June.

What is the current Cupertino Ca Real Estate market? Let us compare from June 2009 to June 2010 we can see some interesting changes:

  1). Home inventory has dropped from last year’s 132 to 101 this year.  The numbers of sold homes has gone up this year to 48 from last year’s 37.

  2.) The average Cupertino homes sales price is lower this year. This June’s sales price is $1,042,831 vs last June`s $1,148,020. The median sales of June 2010 is $1,023,000 which has gone down from last June`s $1,111,000.

  3.) Last June took  average 50 days to sell a home but it took 23 days this year.

 This real estate trend is the same as last month. In June of 2010 there were 23% less homes for sale  and 30% more Cupertino homes were sold. The average Cupertino sales price decreased 9% and the Cupertino median price homes has decreased 8% from last June to this June.

San Jose CA Real Estate Trend

What is the current San Jose Ca Real Estate market? Let us compare from May 2009 to May 2010 we can see some interesting changes:

 1). Home inventory dropped from last year’s 2,397 to 2,309 this year. But the numbers of sold homes has gone up this year to 701 from last year’s 580.

 2.) The average San Jose homes sales price is higher this year. This May’s sale price is 589,848 vs. last May’s $471,894. The median sale price of May 2010 is $550,000 which has gone up from last May’s $410,000.

  3.) Last May took average 92 days to sell a home but it took 50 days this year.

This real estate trend is the same as last month. In May of 2010 there were 4% less homes for sale but 21% more San Jose homes were sold. The average San Jose sales price increased 25% and also the San Jose median price homes have increased 34% from last May to this May.

What is the current Santa Clara Ca Real Estate market? Let us compare from May 2009 to May 2010 we can see some interesting changes:

 1). Home inventory dropped from last year’s 177 to 125 this year. But the numbers of sold homes has gone up to this May`s 62 from 36 last May.

 2.) The average Santa Clara homes sales price is higher this year.  This May’s sale price is $622,529 vs. last May’s $560,852. The median sale price of May 2010 is $617,500 which has increased from last May’s $552,500.

  3.) Last May took average 85 days to sell a home but it took 44 days this year.

  This real estate trend is the same as last month. In May of 2010 there were 29% less homes for sale but 72% Santa Clara homes were sold. The average Santa Clara sales price increased 11% and also the Santa Clara median price homes have increased 11.7% from last May to this May.

 1). Home inventory has dropped from last year’s 188 to 165 this year. But the numbers of sold homes has gone up this year to 70 from last year’s 36.

 2.) The average Sunnyvale homes sales price is higher this year.  This May’s sales price is $820,085 vs last May`s $681,266. The median sales of May 2010 is $863,500 which has gone up from last May`s $745,550.

 3.) Last May took average 51 days to sell a home but it took 48 days this year.

 This real estate trend is the same as last month. In May of 2010 there were 12% less homes for sale, but 94% more Sunnyvale homes were sold. The average Sunnyvale sales price increased 20% and the Sunnyvale median price homes have increased 16% from last May to this May.

What is the current Mountain View Ca Real Estate market? Let us compare from May 2009 to May 2010 we can see some interesting changes: 

 1). Home inventory dropped from last year’s 86 to 65 this year.  The numbers of sold homes has gone up this year to 33 from last year’s 31.  

2.) The average Mountain View homes sales price is higher this year.  This May’s sales price is $1,012,918 vs. last May’s $931,506. The median sales of May 2010 is $950,000 which has gone up from last May’s $890,000.  

3.) Last May took average 53 days to sell a home but it took 24 days this year.

This real estate trend is the same as last month. In May of 2010  There were 24% less homes for sale  and 6% more Mountain View homes were sold.

The average Mountain View sales price increased 8.7% and also the Mountain View median price homes have increased 6.7% from last May to this May.

 1). The home inventory has gone down from last year’s 124 to this year 101. The numbers of sold homes has gone up from last year`s  22 to 30 this year.

 2.) The average Los Altos home sales price is higher. In May 2010 sales price is $1,631,564 vs last May’s  $1,560,373 The median sales of May 2010 is $1,548,000 which is same as last May’s $1,500,000.

3.) Last May took average 60 days to sell a home however this year will need 44 days to sell a home.

 This real estate trend is the same as last month. In the May of 2010 there are 18.5% less home inventory and 36% more the Los Altos homes get sold.  The average Los Altos sales price rose 4.6% and the Los Altos median price homes has increased 3% from last May to this May.

 2.) The average Cupertino homes sales price is lower this year. This May’s sales price is $1,032,848 vs last May`s $1,112,518. The median sales of May 2010 is $968,000 which has gone down from last May`s $1,062,000.

  3.) Last May took  average 62 days to sell a home but it took 43 days this year.

This real estate trend is the same as last month. In May of 2010 there were 39% less homes for sale  and 45% more Cupertino homes were sold. The average Cupertino sales price decreased 7% and the Cupertino median price homes has decreased 9% from last May to this May.

 1). Home inventory dropped from last year’s 108 to 72 this year.  The numbers of sold homes has gone up this year to 28 from last year’s 20.   

2.) The average Mountain View homes sales price is higher this year.  This April’s sales price is $943,592 vs. last April’s $860,400. The median sales of April 2010 is $872,000 which has gone up from last April’s $837,500.   

3.) Last April took average 61 days to sell a home but it took 23 days this year.   This real estate trend is the same as last month. In April of 2010  There were 33% less homes for sale  and 40% more Mountain View homes were sold.
