What is the current San Jose Ca Real Estate market? Let us compare from July 2009 to July 2010 we can see some interesting changes:

 1). Home inventory increased from last year’s 1,984 to 2,641 this year. But the numbers of sold homes has dropped this year to 530 from last year’s 725.

 2.) The average San Jose homes sales price is higher this year. This July’s sale price is 579,093 vs. last July’s $553,675. The median sale price of July 2010 is $534,994 which has gone up from last July’s $500,000.

3.) Last July took average 79 days to sell a home but it took 57 days this year.

This real estate trend is the same as last month.

In July of 2010 there were 33% more homes for sale but 27% less San Jose homes were sold. The average San Jose sales price increased 4.6% and also the San Jose median price homes have increased 7% from last July to this July.

San Jose CA Real Estate Trend

What is the current San Jose Ca Real Estate market? Let us compare from June 2009 to June 2010 we can see some interesting changes:

  1). Home inventory increased from last year’s 2,171 to 2,525 this year. But the numbers of sold homes has dropped this year to 588 from last year’s 694.

 2.) The average San Jose homes sales price is higher this year. This June’s sale price is 593,957 vs. last June’s $503,660. The median sale price of June 2010 is $523,500 which has gone up from last June’s $449,000.

 3.) Last June took average 90 days to sell a home but it took 56 days this year.

  This real estate trend is the same as last month.

In June of 2010 there were 16% more homes for sale but 15% less San Jose homes were sold. The average San Jose sales price increased 18% and also the San Jose median price homes have increased 16.6% from last June to this June.

What is the current San Jose Ca Real Estate market? Let us compare from May 2009 to May 2010 we can see some interesting changes:

 1). Home inventory dropped from last year’s 2,397 to 2,309 this year. But the numbers of sold homes has gone up this year to 701 from last year’s 580.

 2.) The average San Jose homes sales price is higher this year. This May’s sale price is 589,848 vs. last May’s $471,894. The median sale price of May 2010 is $550,000 which has gone up from last May’s $410,000.

  3.) Last May took average 92 days to sell a home but it took 50 days this year.

This real estate trend is the same as last month. In May of 2010 there were 4% less homes for sale but 21% more San Jose homes were sold. The average San Jose sales price increased 25% and also the San Jose median price homes have increased 34% from last May to this May.

What is the current San Jose Ca Real Estate market? Let us compare from April 2009 to April 2010 we can see some interesting changes: 

 1). Home inventory dropped from last year’s 2732 to 2357 this year.  The numbers of sold homes has gone down this year to 550 from last year’s 555. 

 2.) The average San Jose homes sales price is higher this year.  This April’s sales price is 566,641 vs. last April’s $450,021. The median sales of April 2010 is $518,500 which has gone up from last April’s $410,000. 

 3.) Last April took average 103 days to sell a home but it took 52 days this year. 

 This real estate trend is the same as last month. In April of 2010

There were 14% less homes for sale  and 1% less San Jose homes were sold too. The average San Jose sales price increased 26% and also the San Jose median price homes have increased 26% from last April to this April.

can see some interesting changes: 
 

1). Home inventory dropped from last
year’s 2960 to 1918 this year.  The numbers of sold homes has gone
down this year to 387 from last year’s 388. 
 

2.) The average San Jose homes sales
price is higher this year.  This February’s sales
 

price is 553,393 vs. last February’s
$463,792. The median sales of
 

February 2010 is $485,000 which has gone
up from last February’s $406,500. 
 

3.) Last February took average 105 days
to sell a home but it took 64 days this year. 
 

This real estate trend is the same as
last month. In February of 2010
 

There were 35% less homes for sale 
and 0.2% less San Jose homes
 

were sold. The average San Jose sales
price increased 19% and also the
 

San Jose median price homes have

San Jose city HallSan Jose is the largest city in Nothern California and the 10th largest cities in US. What is the current Real Estate market in San Jose Calif ? If we compare from November 2008 to November 2009, you will find some interesting changes:

1). The home inventory has gone down from last year’s 3252 to this year 1597.  The numbers of sold homes has gone up from last year`s  392 to 515 this year.

2.) The average San Jose home sales price is higher. In November 2009 sales price is $557,564 vs last November’s  $515,059 The median sales of  November 2009 is $515,000 which it has an increase  from last November’s $456,500.

3.) Last November took average 69 days to sell a home however this year will need 69 days to sell a home.

This real estate trend is the same as last month. In the November of 2009 there are 50.9% less home inventory and 31.4% more the San Jose homes get sold.  The average San Jose sales price rose 8.3% and the San Jose median price homes increased 12.8% from last November to this November.  The above data information came from the www.reil.com.

1). Home inventory reduced from from last year’s 3820 to this year 2171.  The numbers of sold homes has increased from last year 460 to 694 this year.

2.) The average San Jose home sales price is lower.  This June sales price is $503.660 vs last June’s ’ $670,452. The median sales of June 2009 is $448,000 which has dropped from last June’s $600,000.

3.) Last June took average 87 days to sell a home however this year will need 90 days to sell a home.

This real estate trend is the same as last month. In the June of 2009 there are 40% less homes in  inventory and 50% more San Jose homes get sold.  The average San Jose sales price dropped 22.87% and the San Jose  median price homes dropped 25% from last June to this June.  The above data information came from the www.reil.com.

What is the current San Jose Ca Real Estate market? If we compare from May 2008  to May 2009, you will find some interesting changes:

1). Home inventory reduced from from last year’s 3853 to this year 2397.  The numbers of sold homes has increased from last year 438 to 580 this year.

2.) The average San Jose homes sales price is lower.  This May sales price is $471,894 vs last May’s ’ $704,153. The median sales of May 2009 is $410,000 which has dropped from last May’s $625,000.

3.) Last May took average 82 days to sell a home however this year will need 92 days to sell a home.

This real estate trend is the same as last month. In the May of 2009 there are 39% less home inventory and 32% more the San Jose homes get sold.  The average San Jose sales price dropped 33% and the San Jose  median price homes dropped 34.4% from last May to this May.  There are more San Jose homes sold this year compared with last year due to home price has dropped about 1/3 of last year.The above data information came from the www.reil.com.

 An overview of San Jose Single Family Real Estate market of March 2008 compared to March 2009 shows some interesting economic changes:

1.) The homes inventory dropped to 1012 this year from last year’s 1212. The sold homes number is higher from 298 last March to 456 this year

2.) The average price of San Jose homes this year has dropped to $454,550 from last years’ $758,457.

3.) It takes average 65 days to sell a San Jose home, but last March was 62 days. We have 200 less San Jose homes for sale this year. The good news is that a lot more homes actually sold this year. The average and median price for
