What is the current Mountain View Ca Real Estate market? Let us compare from July 2009 to July 2010 we can see some interesting changes: 

1). The home inventory has gone down from last year’s 74 to this year 73 and the numbers of sold homes has gone down too from last year`s 33 to 20 this year.

2.) The average Mountain View homes sales price is lower this year. This July’s sales price is $960,656  vs. last July’s $996,515. The median sales of July 2010 is $925,000 which has gone up from last July’s $895,000.  

3.) Last July took average 64 days to sell a home but it took 63 days this year.

This real estate trend is the same as last month. In the July of 2010 there are 1% less home inventory and 39.4% less the Mountain View homes get sold.

The average Mountain View sales price decreased 3.6% but the Mountain View median price homes have increased 3% from last July to this July.

Mountain View CA Real Estate Trend

What is the current Mountain View Ca Real Estate market? Let us compare from June 2009 to June 2010 we can see some interesting changes: 

 1). Home inventory stay same as last year`s 73.  The numbers of sold homes has gone up this year to 40 from last year’s 25.  

2.) The average Mountain View homes sales price is higher this year.  This June’s sales price is $1,951,410  vs. last June’s $924,721. The median sales of June 2010 is $940,000 which has gone up from last June’s $848,000.  

3.) Last June took average 79 days to sell a home but it took 46 days this year.

This real estate trend is the same as last month. In June of 2010  There were same as this year homes for sale but 60% more Mountain View homes were sold.

The average Mountain View sales price increased 3% and also the Mountain View median price homes have increased 11% from last June to this June.

What is the current Mountain View Ca Real Estate market? Let us compare from May 2009 to May 2010 we can see some interesting changes: 

 1). Home inventory dropped from last year’s 86 to 65 this year.  The numbers of sold homes has gone up this year to 33 from last year’s 31.  

2.) The average Mountain View homes sales price is higher this year.  This May’s sales price is $1,012,918 vs. last May’s $931,506. The median sales of May 2010 is $950,000 which has gone up from last May’s $890,000.  

3.) Last May took average 53 days to sell a home but it took 24 days this year.

This real estate trend is the same as last month. In May of 2010  There were 24% less homes for sale  and 6% more Mountain View homes were sold.

The average Mountain View sales price increased 8.7% and also the Mountain View median price homes have increased 6.7% from last May to this May.

What is the current Mountain View Ca Real Estate market? Let us compare from April 2009 to April 2010 we can see some interesting changes:  

 1). Home inventory dropped from last year’s 108 to 72 this year.  The numbers of sold homes has gone up this year to 28 from last year’s 20.   

2.) The average Mountain View homes sales price is higher this year.  This April’s sales price is $943,592 vs. last April’s $860,400. The median sales of April 2010 is $872,000 which has gone up from last April’s $837,500.   

3.) Last April took average 61 days to sell a home but it took 23 days this year.   This real estate trend is the same as last month. In April of 2010  There were 33% less homes for sale  and 40% more Mountain View homes were sold.

The average Mountain View sales price increased 10% and also the Mountain View median price homes have increased 4% from last April to this April. The above data information came from the www.reil.com.

1). Home inventory dropped from last year’s 88 to 48 this year.  The numbers of sold homes has gone up this year to 6 from last year’s 4. 
2.) The average Mountain View homes sales price is lower this year.  This February’s sales price is $941,016 vs. last February’s $1,001,250. The median sales of February 2010 is $867,900 which has gone down from last February’s $1,022,500. 
3.) Last February took average 54 days to sell a home but it took 43 days this year. 
This real estate trend is the same as last month. In February of 2010
There were 45% less homes for sale  and 50% more Mountain View homes were sold. The average Mountain View sales price decreased 6% and also the Mountain View median price homes have decreased 15% from last February to this February.

1). Home inventory dropped from last year’s 69 to 49 this year.  The numbers of sold homes has gone up this year to 18 from last year’s 6.

2.) The average Mountain View homes sales price is lower this year.  This January’s sales

price is $871,805 vs. last January’s $978,316. The median sales of

January 2010 is $867,500 which has gone down from last January’s $873,450.

3.) Last January took average 67 days to sell a home but it took 68 days this year.

This real estate trend is the same as last month. In January of 2010

There were28% less homes for sale  and 200% more Mountain View homes

were sold. The average Mountain View sales price decreased 11% and also the

Mountain View median price homes have decreased 0.6% from last January to this January.

Mountain View is a city in Santa Clara County, in the U.S. state of California. The city gets its name from the views of the Santa Cruz Mountains.

What is the current Real Estate market in Mountain View Calif ? If we compare from November 2008 to November 2009, you will find some interesting changes:

1). The home inventory has gone down from last year’s 68 to this year`s 53.  The numbers of sold homes has gone up from last year`s  15 to 22 this year.

2.) The average Mountain View home sales price is lower. In November 2009 sales price is $994,099 vs last November’s  $1,021,764 The median sales of  November 2009 is $913,340 which is a drop from last November’s $960,000.

3.) Last November took average 48 days to sell a home however this year will need 43 days to sell a home.

This real estate trend is the same as last month. In the November of 2009 there are 22% less home inventory and 46.7% more the Mountain View homes get sold.  The average Mountain View sales price droped 2.7% and the Mountain View median price homes dropped 4.9% from last November to this November.  The above data information came from the www.reil.com.

1). Home inventory rose up from from last year’s 63 to this year 73.  The numbers of sold homes increased from 22 last year to 25 this year.

2.) The average Mountain View homes sales price is lower. This June sales price is $924,721 vs last June’s $1,080,348. The median sales of June 2009 is $842,000 which is dropped from last June’s $951,000.

3.) Last June took average 22 days to sell a home however this year will need 25 days to sell a home.

This real estate trend is the same as last month. In June of 2009 there are 15.87% more home inventory and 12% more  inventory in  the Mountain View market.  The average Mountain View sales price dropped 14.40% and the Mountain View median price homes dropped 11.46% from last June to this June.  The above data information came from the www.reil.com.

3.) Last May took average 32 days to sell a home however this year will need 53 days to sell a home.

This real estate trend is the same as last month. Mountain View’s Single Family Real Estate market of April 2008 compared to April 2009 shows some interesting economic changes:

1.) The homes inventory rose to 101 this year from last year’s 55.The sold homes are grow from 15 last April to 20 this year.2.) The average price of

Mountain View homes this year has lowered to $860,400 from last years’ $1,106,718. The median price on

Mountain View homes has dropped from $1,072,625 to $837,500.

3.) It takes average 52 days to sell a Mountain View home, but last April was 29 days.

With all the numbers that show this month we have almost double the Mountain View homes for sale and about 5 more homes actually sold. The average and median price for

Mountain View homes both dropped about 20% from last April to this April. The price dropped due to a lot of lower end homes as short sales and REO (bank owned) homes sold. The above information came from the multiple listing services
