Its students consistently receive high marks on standardised exams, including the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) and Advanced Placement Exams. Out of 421 students who took Advanced Placement Exams in 2002, 30% scored 5, the highest score possible, and 80% passed.

It is a 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on Johnson Ave small 1100 sf (approx) with 6327 sf.(approx).The asking price is $800K. It is on the market also for a while. Th Johnson Ave is a bit busier but the owner’s kids can go to the excellent Fremont Unified School District such as Dilworth Elementary, Miller Middle and Lynbrook High. In year 2005 I helped my buyer to put an offer at Johnson Ave for $825K then it sold for $830K in 2005. One year early 2004 the same kind of the small Johnson home asked for $649K then sold for $743K.

The Silicon Valley REALTORS® Charitable Foundation, the charitable arm of the Silicon Valley Association of REALTORS® (SILVAR), has presented scholarship awards to 18 graduating seniors from public high schools in Silicon Valley. Each student received a $1,000 scholarship.

SILVAR’s scholarship program, now on its ninth year, recognizes students who have exemplified outstanding achievements in academics, extracurricular/employment activities and community involvement. The selection committee included representatives from the local business community, area high schools, area colleges and SILVAR.

Students who received scholarships from the Foundation, the schools from which they graduated are Cupertino High, Fremont High, Gunn High, Homestead High, Los Altos High, Los Gatos High, Lynbrook High, Menlo Park Atherta High, Mountain View High, Palo Altos High, Prospect High, Santa Clara High, Saratoga High, Westmont High, Wilcox High and Woodside High.

Lynbrook High school has been one of the popular Cupertino High School. The API test score is 911 out of 1000 from the recently API test score. The school boundary is in between De Anza, Lawrence Express and Bollinger Rd , Cox in West San Jose with the zip code 95129
