Los Altos CA Real Estate Trend

What is the current Real Estate market in Los Altos California? If we compare from July 2009 to July 2010, you will find some interesting changes:

 1). The home inventory has gone down from last year’s 99 to this year 79 but the numbers of sold homes has gone up from last year`s 30 to 39 this year.

 2.) The average Los Altos home sales price is lower. In July 2010 sales price is $1,628,597 vs last July’s $1,753,822 the median sales of July 2010 is $1,480,000 which has gone down from last July’s $1,539,500.

3.) Last July took average 58 days to sell a home however this year will need 38 days to sell a home.

 This real estate trend is the same as last month. In the July of 2010 there are 20% less home inventory but 30% more the Los Altos homes get sold. The average Los Altos sales price decreased 7 % and the Los Altos median price homes has decreased 4% from last July to this July.

Los Altos CA Real Estate Trend

What is the current Real Estate market in Los Altos California? If we compare from June 2009 to June 2010, you will find some interesting changes:

 1). The home inventory has gone down from last year’s 109 to this year 96 and the numbers of sold homes has gone down too from last year`s 40 to 36 this year.

 2.) The average Los Altos home sales price is higher. In June 2010 sales price is $1,675,493 vs last June’s $1,637,200 the median sales of June 2010 is $1,495,000 which has gone up from last June’s $1,483,000.

3.) Last June took average 50 days to sell a home however this year will need 28 days to sell a home.

 This real estate trend is the same as last month. In the June of 2010 there are 12% less home inventory and also 10% less the Los Altos homes get sold. The average Los Altos sales price rose 2 % and the Los Altos median price homes has increased 1% from last June to this June.

What is the current Real Estate market in Los Altos California ? If we compare from May 2009 to May 2010, you will find some interesting changes:

 1). The home inventory has gone down from last year’s 124 to this year 101. The numbers of sold homes has gone up from last year`s  22 to 30 this year.

 2.) The average Los Altos home sales price is higher. In May 2010 sales price is $1,631,564 vs last May’s  $1,560,373 The median sales of May 2010 is $1,548,000 which is same as last May’s $1,500,000.

3.) Last May took average 60 days to sell a home however this year will need 44 days to sell a home.

 This real estate trend is the same as last month. In the May of 2010 there are 18.5% less home inventory and 36% more the Los Altos homes get sold.  The average Los Altos sales price rose 4.6% and the Los Altos median price homes has increased 3% from last May to this May.

What is the current Real Estate market in Los Altos California ? If we compare from April 2009 to April 2010, you will find some interesting changes:

 1). The home inventory has gone down from last year’s 132 to this year 102.  The numbers of sold homes has gone up from last year`s  11 to 31 this year.

 2.) The average Los Altos home sales price is higher. In April 2010 sales price is $1,594780 vs last April’s  $1,574,000 The median sales of  April 2010 is $1,500,000 which is same as last April’s $1,500,000.

 

3.) Last April took average 60 days to sell a home however this year will need 53 days to sell a home.

 This real estate trend is the same as last month. In the April of 2010 there are 23% less home inventory and 182% more the Los Altos homes get sold.  The average Los Altos sales price rose 1% and the Los Altos median price homes stay in same price from last April to this April.  The above data information came from the www.reil.com.

Los Altos CA Real Estate Trend

What is the current Los Altos Ca Real Estate market? Let us compare from February 2009 to February 2010 we can see some interesting changes:  1). Home inventory dropped from last year’s 86 to 72 this year.  The numbers of sold homes has gone up this year to 17 from last year’s 6.  

2.) The average Los Altos homes sales price is higher this year.  This February’s sales  price is $1,708,577 vs. last February’s $1,513,125. The median sales of  February 2010 is $1,640,000 which has gone up from last February’s $1,478,125.  

3.) Last February took average 54 days to sell a home but it took 55 days this year.  

This real estate trend is the same as last month. In February of 2010 There were16% less homes for sale and 183% more Los Altos homes were sold. The average Los Altos sales price increased 13% and also the Los Altos median price homes have decreased 11% from last February to this February.

What is the current Los Altos Ca Real Estate market? Let us compare from January 2009 to January 2010

we can see some interesting changes:

 

1). Home inventory dropped from last year’s 76 to 63 this year.  The numbers of sold homes has

gone up this year to 14 from last year’s 7.

 

2.) The average Los Altos homes sales price is lower this year.  This January’s sales

 

price is $1,514,107 vs. last January’s $1,900,000. The median sales price of

 

January 2010 is $1,462,500 which has gone down from last January’s $1,620,000.

 

3.) Last January took average 83 days to sell a home but it took 114 days this year.

 

This real estate trend is the same as last month. In January of 2010

 

There were17% less homes for sale  and 100% more Los Altos homes

 

were sold. The average Los Altos sales price decreased 20% and also the

 

Los Altos median price homes have decreased10% from last January to this January.

What is the current Los Altos Calif  Real Estate market? If we compare from May 2008 to May 2009, you will find some interesting changes:

1). Home inventory rose up from from last year’s 78 to this year 124.  The numbers of sold homes has dropped from last year 41 to 22 this year.

2.) The average Los Altos home sales price is lower.  This May sales price is $1,560.373 vs last May’s ’ $1,980.409 The median sales of May 2009 is $1.500,000 which is a drop from last May’s $1,738,888.

3.) Last May took average 27 days to sell a home however this year will need 61 days to sell a home.

This real estate trend is the same as last month. In the may of 2009 there are 58.9% more home inventory and 46.3% less the Los Altos homes get sold.  The average Los Altos sales price dropped 21.2% and the Los Altos median price homes dropped 13.7% from last May to this May.  The above data information came from the www.reil.com.
