Yesterday I attended the mixer from City of
Cupertino Chamber of Commerce . We met at the Culinary
Center of the Whole Foods in
Cupertino. We saw the chef demonstrate cooking. We enjoied the white and red wines from the
Cooper-Garrod winery of Saratoga. The wines are delious! later on I joined the free tour . We started at the produce section. The tour guide told us the whole foods purchase the fresh, local and organic food which only takes less then 7 hours to deliver to the store. There are beautiful isles of colorful foods. It is just delightful to see them. The next stop is the seafood department. She said the whole foods only sell from the fishermen don’t over fish. The meet and beef looks yummy also.
We went to the bulk department. We tried the fresh peanut butter. It is just delicious! I don’t know that we can ask the the sales to try the foods before we buy it. There are so many free classes in the center. March 7 will has Wine tasting from 1 -4 PM. I found out if you like to learn something, everyday there is either a event or class in the Whole Foods Market. I like the Whole Foods Market!
